Job Position: Assistant Manager – Client Success

About the Role:
Need for Assistant Manager – Client Success to foster positive relationships with clients by receiving and analysing feedback to improve our services.

Client relationship manager shall also be responsible for handling complaints and ensuring that these complaints are directed to the appropriate department to implement change.

Job Location – Mumbai
Travel – 30% in a month

Key Responsibilities:
– Creating and implementing client management strategy and roadmap.
– Day-to-day Manage Existing Relationships
– Travel and meet up with clients to build confidence in Azure services.
– Responsible for Timely Collection of Data for Clients.

– Meet with clients to establish their needs.

Desired Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Should have managed Private and Government accounts in previous roles
Candidates from Environment and related industry highly preferred
Excellent time management and planning skills
Aware of global cultural nuances for plastic waste and circularity
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to tolerate pressure and fulfil deadlines
Attention to detail
Willing to travel for 30% in a month
