Core Responsibilities: 

• Leveraging key stakeholder networks and associations to partner with the cause and influence citizens.
• Ensuring behavior change amongst the residents of the city across different sectors to manage waste effectively. 
• Managing relationships and communicating effectively with local players & media to ensure delivery and coverage of various IEC activities.
• Identify, organize and sustain a ward & community level action groups for ‘Bottom’s up’ planning and implementation of Waste management services. 
• Working closely with groups of Waste professionals and organizing health camps, meetings, capacity building sessions and felicitation activities for their well- being.
• Analyzing field data to gauge the effectiveness of behavior change communication and distributing work accordingly to the on-ground BCC team. 
• Prepare reports, press releases, proposals for various events and documenting project Outcomes

Education and Experience: 

• Building an environment of trust where citizens and stakeholders including shops, hotels, schools, colleges, vendors, hospitals and household Waste collectors participate in creating cleaner cities. 
•  Implementing & sustaining behavior change communication activities for source segregation & 3R (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) across city.
•   Mobilizing and leading volunteers to organize door to door communication activities, cleanups and local events. 
• Developing models and partnering with experts to improve life chances of waste workers by ensuring better livelihood, safety, healthcare and dignity for various Waste professionals.
