Job Title: District Head – Darjeeling
Job Overview:
Will be responsible for the managing the entire district Plastic waste management. Proven
skill and expertise in performing multidisciplinary role in managing large scale business with
multiple revenue streams in Plastic waste management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Strategic planning:
Plan & conceptualize various strategies to achieve business goals and operational
efficiencies across the district, aimed towards the growth in business volumes as well as
profitability.
Take fact-based decisions regarding marketing strategy to develop market while designing
effective and cost-efficient implementation programs based on Customer Analysis,
Competitive Analysis, Collaborator Analysis and Industry & Company Analysis.  Responsible
for the ensuring quality output in District.
Operational management:
The District Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the
entire District. This involves ensuring that the company’s operations run smoothly, efficiently,
and effectively.
Preparation of AOP-Annual Operating Plan for all the business revenue stream operating in
a particular district.
Financial management:
Will be responsible for managing the district’s finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and
financial reporting (Providing Profit and Loss Statement of the District). This involves
ensuring that the company’s financial resources are being used effectively and efficiently.
Responsible for Investment/Capex Appraisal (Capital Expenditure Appraisal)
Responsible for Variance Analysis: Actual vs AOP, Actual vs F&F, F&F vs AOP for monthly,
quarterly and annual analysis
Risk management:
The District Head is responsible for identifying and mitigating risks to the company’s
operations and financial performance. This involves developing and implementing risk
management strategies and ensuring that the company has adequate insurance and other
risk management measures in place.
Regulatory Compliance:
The District Head is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all relevant
district laws and regulations. This involves staying up-to-date with changes in the regulatory
environment and ensuring that the company’s operations and policies are in compliance.
Promote positive brand image of company across Internal and external stakeholders through
effective Public Relations and Communication. 
Performance monitoring:

The District Head is responsible for monitoring the multiple revenue stream performance in
the district and identifying areas for improvement.
Team leadership:
The District Head is responsible for leading and managing the district teams across projects.
This involves hiring and training employees, setting goals and objectives, and providing
guidance and support to help the team succeed.
Should be an effective leader who can motivate and inspire their team, build consensus, and
make difficult decisions.
Cultural competence: District heads must have a good understanding of the cultural and
social dynamics of the district they serve, as well as the needs and priorities of different
communities within the district.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
 UG: B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
 PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
 15+years of experience in plastic waste management/Development Sector/Managing
District level operations.
