1.1. The Company is committed to protecting Your privacy and ensuring the security of any information received from You. The Company strictly adheres to the requirements of the data protection law(s) established in India.
3.1.The personal information that You are asked to provide, and the reasons why You are asked to provide it, will be made clear to You at the point we ask You to provide your personal information.
3.2.If you contact Us directly, we may receive additional information about You such as Your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send Us, and any other information You may choose to provide.

a.Personal Information - Name, age, mobile number, email address, and any other such information that the Company required to fulfil its legal obligations which require the Company to confirm Your identity.
b.Device Information - Information such as device ID, time-zone, browser type and browser plug-in details, pages accessed, IP address, mobile network, operating system or a unique identifier.
c.Location information: In the event You, have authorized location tracking on the Website and geolocation data, such as mobile device location.
d.Information from other sources: Cookies, tracking technologies, third party tools and software, pixels and automatic information from other sites
e.Any other information that is required to be collected as per specific mandate from any regulatory authorities or as a legal requirement in India.
3.5.When You use or access the Website, the Company may also collect information regarding the pages You viewed, the web addresses from which You arrived or clicked through to, time spent on certain pages, download errors and page response times. All this information helps us analyse users’ trends and preferences, and thus assist the Company in improving the Website.
3.6.The Company receives, stores and maintains Your location provided upon Your first visit on the Website. Such information shall be given all due care and security; however, the Company shall not responsible for any third-party interference causing such information to be destroyed, replicated or transferred.
4.1.Any portion of the information containing personal data relating to minors provided by you shall be deemed to be given with the consent of the minor's legal guardian. Such consent is deemed to be provided by your registration with us. Please note that the term “minor” under this clause would include any child who is below the age of 18 (eighteen) years.

6.1.The Company follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
7.2.The Company may also disclose information to meet its legal obligations and when the Company believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable laws (i) conform with legal requirements or comply with legal process; (ii) protect rights or property or affiliated companies; (iii) prevent a crime or in interest of national security; or (iv) protect personal safety.
7.4.The Company assumes no liability for any disclosure of information due to errors in transmission, unauthorised third-party access or other acts of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control and You agree that You will not hold the Company responsible for any breach of security unless such breach has been caused as a direct result of our gross negligence or wilful default.
8.1.Your information may be stored, processed and accessed in countries where we have facilities or where you are located. You consent to the transfer of your information outside your country.
8.2.Please note that our Policy and our practices are designed to provide a globally consistent level of protection for the use, storage, process and transfer of your information all over the world. This means that even in countries whose laws provide for less protection for your information, we will still handle your information in the manner described herein i.e., in accordance with the security measures prescribed under the Indian Data Protection Laws and/or the GDPR, as may be applicable.
9.1.The Company does not take any responsibility for third-party or external sites, platforms or services. The Company cannot be held liable for any collection, storage or disclosure of Your information by third-party sites, applications, resources or platforms and any loss or damage incurred by You as a result of use of any such third-party websites or platforms. The Company does not recommend or endorse any third-party links.
9.2.The Company shall not be liable for any actions of third parties with regard to User’s Personal Information or SPDI which the User may have disclosed to such third parties.
9.4.Note that the Company has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
Subject to certain reasonable restrictions under applicable laws, you have the following rights under this Policy:
10.1.Right to confirmation and access: You have the right to be provided full information about whether your information is being processed or has been processed, a brief summary of such information which is being processed or has been processed including a brief summary of the processing activities performed by us.
10.2.Right to correction:You have the right to require us to (a) correct any inaccurate or misleading Personal Data; (b) complete any incomplete Personal Data; and/or (c) update any Personal Data.
10.3.Right to data portability:You have the right to receive your information/Personal Data in a structured and commonly used machine-readable format including the right to have such information be transferred to any other entity/data fiduciary in the format mentioned herein.
10.4.Right to be forgotten:You have the right to restrict or prevent us from continuing disclosure of your information where such disclosure: (a) has served the purpose for which it was made or is no longer necessary; (b) was made on the basis of consent received from you and such consent has been duly withdrawn by you; or (c) was made contrary to the provisions of applicable law or any other law made by Parliament or any State Legislature. In this regard, you also have the right to require us to delete/erase your information.
10.5.Right to object:You have the right to object the use/process of your information by us, at any point in time including the right to opt-in and opt-out of any Services, offers or advertisements made by us.
10.6.Right to Choice/Opt-out:If you no longer wish to receive updates or notifications, you may choose not to, by selecting the appropriate options in the user profile under “Account Settings”.
10.7.Deletion of your information:If you wish to have the information that you have provided to us deleted, you can do so by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that deletion of certain information may lead to deletion of your account with the website and your access to certain features of the website. You understand that under certain circumstances, the request for the deletion of information can be denied.

13.1.While, we strive to work towards the security, integrity and privacy of your information, we shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of your information, if such loss, damage or misuse takes place as a result of a Force Majeure Event (as defined below).
13.2.A "Force Majeure Event" shall mean any event that is beyond our reasonable control and shall include, without limitation, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, software failure and storage device, computer crashes etc.
