Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Sales Specialist to help us build
a dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by
effectively promoting and selling our software solutions to potential clients. As a Software Sales
Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, building strong
relationships with key decision-makers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling,
networking, and referrals, to build a robust sales pipeline.
● Conduct in-depth needs assessments and consultative sales conversations to
understand client requirements, pain points, and business objectives.
● Present and demonstrate our software solutions to clients, highlighting their features,
benefits, and value proposition.
● Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and product
demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and challenges of each client.
● Collaborate closely with the product management and development teams to stay
updated on the latest software features and enhancements, providing valuable feedback
and market insights.
● Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both

Qualifications and Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Proven track record of 2+ years in software sales or business development roles,
preferably in the B2B software industry.
● Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
● Strong knowledge of software sales methodologies, including solution selling,
consultative selling, and value-based selling.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to
effectively engage with clients at all levels of the organization.
● Demonstrated ability to identify and understand client needs, pain points, and business
challenges, and propose tailored software solutions to address them.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a
competitive sales environment.
● Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools for efficient pipeline
management and reporting.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with
cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
● Strong business acumen and understanding of software market dynamics, trends, and

in maintaining their plastic credits by effectively tracing and offsetting the plastics they release
into the environment. Cetraces encompasses two distinct product verticals: PRO (Producer
Responsibility Organization) and Traceability, which can be subscribed to either independently
or as a bundled package.
PRO: This product, known as PRO, facilitates the management of vendors from whom raw
materials are procured and customers to whom processed materials are sold. It enables the
segmentation of customers and vendors while establishing targets for plastic credits and
