Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Contacting clients to find out the nature of the technical or IT issue.
2. Proposing simple and effective solutions.
3. Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with
   project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
4. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
5. Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
6. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
7. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
8. Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and
   budget.
9. Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed
   to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
10. Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
11. Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
12. Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
13. Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
14. Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
15. Formulating and revising customer support policies and promote their implementation.
16. Informing the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends.
17. Assessing support statistics and preparing detailed reports on the findings.
18. Interviewing and hiring new employees.
19. Overseeing and evaluating the team & ongoing training efforts.
20. Delivering performance evaluations and following the disciplinary process according to company
    policy.
21. Managing the budget of the customer support department.

    Education and Experience:
24. A bachelor’s degree or master &degree in a related field.
25. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
26. Proven experience in project management.
27. Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
28. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

Job Position: Assistant Manager – MRF Operation

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Schedule requirements at the MRF based on the targets communicated with the sourcing
   team.
2. Audit quality and quantity of material received at MRF.
3. Ensuring timely submissions of invoices/vouchers to accounts department.
4. Vendor management and deploying vehicle for interstate dispatches. Invoice collection and
   submissions to accounts. Approve vendor payments according to credit terms.
5. Facilitate MoUs with vendors, recyclers/ End of life solution and Legal teams.
6. Reconcile sale data with factory acceptance/rejections and relay debit note/acceptance
   certificates to accounts.
7. Data capture on FMS - incoming received material - quality/quantity, data required to monitor
   field staff efficiencies, sales/dispatch data, stock level at MRF, internal audits, field staff
   attendance, expense, pilferage control measures, etc.
8. Maintain hard copies of attendance register, inbound and outbound material registers, first
   aid/accident register, PPE/consumables register, material trace-ability.
9. Plan and execute scrap sales according to the AOP targets.
10. Follow ups with sourcing team and ZWP Operations team to ensure smooth transactions on
    material supplies based on AOP numbers.
11. Raise invoices/DCs/E-way bills, and regular reconciliation with accounts.
12. Manage a team of Field Staff (Day and Night shift), line-man and baling staff ensuring
    maximum efficiencies. Ensure all compliance to labor requirements, attendance reporting,
    expense management, new recruitments.
13. Periodic maintenance checks of machinery and general maintenance of facility.
14. Adherence to SOP.
15. Ensuring all staff are provided PPE and housekeeping material.
16. Safety training of manual handling/use of machinery/fire safety. Maintain and ensure proper
    operations of the safety equipment.
17. Work environment is clean, hygienic and provides safe environment.
18. Continuous process improvement of segregation efficiencies, reducing manual loading,
    improve employee engagement.
19. Preparation of daily/ weekly / Monthly/ milestone wise reports for internal monitoring and
    customer submission
20. Developing the Recycling/ End of life solution Network – identification & partnerships with
    multiple recyclers / End of life solution providers across India
21. Helps in developing the Recycling Network – identification & partnerships with multiple
    recyclers across India
22. Ensure a supply chain that is statutory compliant at all levels – conduct internal audits &
    overlook client audits for on ground operations
    Education and Experience: Selection based on expertise and depth of domain. However prior
    experience of MRF operation, managing team is relevant.

About the Opportunity: This opportunity is to contribute in Recity’s endeavor to bring 3.5
lakh MT of plastic waste into the circular economy. Recity has set up Material Recovery
Facilities (MRFs) across multiple geographies in India with a focus on ending plastic
pollution specifically in environmentally vulnerable areas like oceans, rivers, forests & hills.
Recity aims to converge multiple industry partners to participate in this endeavor to keep
plastics in the economy and out of the environment.
Key objective of the role:
Be able to network, assess needs, design project, develop business models for Local Self
Governments, Corporate Foundations, etc for implementing circular economy projects in
India.
 Responsibilities

1. Network to acquire business from organizations providing innovative products for plastic
   neutrality
2. Network to acquire business from FMCG & allied industries for EPR/ CSR/ Plastic
   neutrality
3. Develop strategic partnerships with value chain to provide end-to-end traceability
4. Manage project partnerships and government liaisoning
5. Prepare project timelines, develop business models, pitch presentations, project synopsis &
   proposals, etc
6. Provide Strategic inputs for the project teams to enhance impact
7. Represent the organization at public forums.
8. Unlock new project opportunities
9. Support in project optimization
   You must have:
10. Expertise in report & proposal making viz-a-viz advanced MS Office (Excel + Word +
    Powerpoint + PowerBI) software proficiency
11. Plastic waste management sector knowledge
12. Consultancy experience in the impact space
13. Strong written as well as verbal communication skills
14. Knowledge of applicable policies, standards, and best practices in the sector
15. Ability to prioritize and anticipate client expectations to manage projects efficiently
