The Dalhousie Municipal Council and Nestlé India Hilldaari are committed to cleanliness and beauty in the city of Dalhousie. In this regard, Ward No. 4 of Dalhousie city, in Sadar Bazaar, has constructed Himachal Pradesh’s first upcycled park with the assistance of Ethical Kreation Bangalore, sponsored by Nestlé and the Dalhousie Municipal Council. The construction of this park involved the use of 107 old tires, metal waste, and recycled tiles. The objective is to promote the reuse and recycling of old waste and reduce plastic in the city.
