About the Role:

As a Government Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to drive product sales and develop business relationships with government Companies at the local, state, and federal levels. You will work closely with government officers, decision-makers, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and position our products as solutions that meet their needs.   • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and submit comprehensive proposals in response to government solicitations and requests for proposals (RFPs). Ensure compliance with all procurement guidelines and deadlines.
  • Account Management: Nurture existing government accounts and identify opportunities for                upselling and cross-selling. Understand their evolving needs and provide exceptional customer   service to maintain long-term relationships
  • Market Research: Stay updated on government policies, regulations, and initiatives that impact our products or present new business opportunities. Monitor competitors' activities and identify strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in software sales or business development roles, preferably in the B2B software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong knowledge of software sales methodologies, including solution selling, consultative selling, and value-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of the organization.

Job Overview:
Will be responsible for the managing the entire district Plastic waste management. Proven
